The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical-methodological and applied bases of formation of the adapted system of economic safety of the enterprises in the conditions of transformational transformations. The author's concept of safety of transformational transformations of the enterprise is presented, according to which transformational transformations can be considered safe, if the existing adapted system of economic safety of the enterprises is able to predict, timely identify and assess probable threats and negative tendencies caused by these transformations. to provide the maximum possible protection against their influence, to develop and promptly implement measures for their prevention and elimination of consequences. The scientific approach of formation of theoretical and methodological provisions of the adapted development of system of economic safety of the enterprises of the food industry in the conditions of transformational transformations is offered. A method for assessing the capacity of the economic security system is proposed. An indicator-parametric assessment model is presented and a methodological toolkit for determining the hazard class of priority transformations is developed. Received further development of protection technology and accounting and analytical support of the economic security of enterprises.
