Fedorenko A. Strategy for ensuring the development of the information sphere of Ukraine's economy

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases and development of practical recommendations on formation and realization of strategy of maintenance of development of information sphere of economy of Ukraine. Under the development of the information sphere, it is proposed to consider a set of measures that are divided into economic, functional, structural, goal-oriented, institutional, infrastructural, which contributes to the formation of conditions for improving the efficiency of economic relations in the information sphere. The factors of influence of the information sphere on the formation of competitive advantages and security of national economy development are identified and systematized. Methodological bases of research of strategy of maintenance of development of information sphere of economy are presented. The scientific and methodological approach to the formation of the strategy for the development of the information sphere of the economy is substantiated, the content of which is the systematic balancing of all its subject areas on the basis of social partnership between public authorities and civil society institutions. Scientific and methodological provisions for assessing the state of development of the information sphere have been developed, which contain a grouping of indicators and specification of methods for their calculation.
