Object – the process of strategic management of the development of industrial enterprises in the context of decentralization; purpose – development of theoretical and methodological basis and methodical provisions and recommendations on strategy of development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of decentralization; methods – scientific abstraction, concretization and comparative analysis, historical and logical analysis, comparative law, observation, comparison and analogy, methods of tabular and graphical presentation of research results, grouping, scaling, theoretical generalization, economic, statistical and regression analysis, optimization methods and mathematical models of dynamic development management, cascading method, expert evaluations, project prioritization; novelty – consists in the development and scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological basis and methodological provisions and recommendations for strategizing the development of industrial enterprises in a decentralized environment; results – scientifically-substantiated and methodically-completed recommendations on introduction of management of development of industrial enterprises on the basis of its strategizing in the conditions of decentralization, introduced on LLC «Agrofirm «EUREKA»» (reference No. 26/06 dated June 27, 2019), LLC with II «TRANSINVESTSERVICE» (reference No. 1001/04 dated January 10, 2020), LLC «TIS-COAL» (reference No. 19/02-03 dated February 19, 2020). Scientific and methodological tools of the dissertation were introduced by the Department of Investment, International and Interregional Cooperation of the Odessa Regional State Administration in the form of a report «Investment potential of the Odessa region: assessment and implementation proposals» (act No. 01-21/674 from August 15, 2018), executive the committee of the Lyman district state administration of the Odessa region (reference No.02-13/02/2318 dated October 01, 2018), the executive committee of the Vyzyr village council of the Lyman district of the Odessa region (reference No.02-14/1535 dated December 18, 2019), Executive Committee of the Ovidiopol village council of Odessa region (reference No. 02-06/210/1417 dated December 23, 2019), NGO «Center for Urban Development and Information Technologies» (reference No. 12/1 dated April 18, 2019), and also by the international organization Higher Technical School in Katowice (Katowice, Poland, certificate dated September 23, 2019). The results of the dissertation were used in the educational process of Odessa National Polytechnic University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the preparation of curricula and teaching materials in the disciplines: «Enterprise Strategy», «Enterprise Development Management», «Economic Environment» and diploma design of masters and bachelors (implementation certificate No. 3129/05-06 dated December 16, 2019).
