Syvolap L. Modern economic management paradigm of industrial enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological and scientific-practical recommendations for the construction of a modern economic management paradigm of industrial enterprises. The paper proposes a mechanism for identification of economic security paradigms of enterprises and justifies the feasibility of its use, which is based on clusterization methods of multidimensional spaces. The mechanism of institutional provision of innovative activity of enterprises was developed, taking into account the transformation of their role in entrepreneurship and the impact of globalization. The mechanism of science financing and innovation development of the economy, the implementation of which is proposed to be accomplished with the use of measures, which include the following: development of innovation infrastructure; creation of an economic incentives system for modernizing the economy based on technological innovations. The concept of system transformation of the role of entrepreneurship in the context of sustainable development was proposed, for the proposed modern economic management paradigm of industrial enterprises, which includes eleven constituent elements and differs from the existing ones in the presence of the management paradigm of economic security of enterprises, models of strategy of human resources use, environmental component in its structure. The conclusion is based on the impossibility of the existence of a universal economic management paradigm and its use for all enterprises.
