Essay

The object of research: patients with allergodermatoses burdened with staphylococcal infection; reference and isolated from patients and almost healthy individuals strains of staphylococci. The purpose of research: improving the diagnosis and accuracy of predicting the development of complications of allergodermatoses caused by staphylococcal infection, based on the assessment of clinical and anamnestic features of their course, bacteriological and immunological parameters of patients, phenotypic and genetic characteristics of pathogen strains associated with varying degrees of severity. Research methods: general clinical; bacteriological; molecular genetic; immunological; statistical. Equipment: Densi-La-Meter II densitometer, TC 1/80 SPU TC 1/20 SPU, TC 80 M2 thermostats, “Tertsik” thermocycler 4-channel TPC-PCR-01AZV, UVT-1 transilluminator, enzyme immunoenzyme photometer «Multiskan EX». This doctoral thesis is focused on the solution of the ongoing scientific problem, namely increasing the efficiency of diagnostics and accuracy of predicting the development of complications connected with allergodermatoses caused by staphylococcal infection on the basis of using established clinical and anamnestic traits of their course, bacteriological and immunological indicators of patients, phenotypic and genetic characteristics of the staphylococcus strains isolation from locus morbi, which are associated with severe forms of the disease. Practical use of research results on clinical and anamnestic features of AD and IE, bacteriological and immunological parameters of patients, phenotypic and genetic characteristics of strains of S. aureus extracted from locus morbi, allows to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and accuracy of predicting the development of severe complications of staphylococcal genesis in patients with allergodermatosis. The method of predicting the severity of allergodermatoses is determined taking into account the qualitative and quantitative composition of the microbiota of the lesions of the skin and the state of the immune system of patients. The use of prognostic criteria of high probability of development in patients with severe allergodermatoses is substantiated. Methodical methods of correction of the intestinal microbiocenosis of patients with allergodermatoses have been developed, the use of which helps to eliminate violations of the qualitative and quantitative state of the skin microbiota and accelerate clinical remission in patients with allergodermatoses. Recommendations for the initial stage of emergency therapy (local and systemic) of severe forms of infectious and inflammatory complications (until the results of studies to determine the actual antibiotic sensitivity of their pathogens) were given. Extent of implementation: 16 acts of implementation, 2 patents, 1 copyright to the work, 1 industry innovation. The field (industry) of use: healthcare (medicine: microbiology, dermatovenereology, immunology).
