Garazha O. Institutional basis of land resources management at various levels of territorial-industrial distribution: theory and practice

Purpose: development and substantiation of the institutional component of the theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical basis of land resources management at various levels of territorial-industrial distribution. Object: the process of developing the institutional basis for land resources management. Research methods: structural-functional, monographic, sociological survey, correlation-regression analysis, Monte-Carlo, econometric, modeling, expert. Theoretical results: theoretical-methodological basis of the institutional component of land resources management at various levels of territorial-industrial distribution have been developed. Practical results: theoretical ideas and conclusions are developed into specific applied provisions that can be used in the process of land resources management, contributing to the achievement of socio-economic and ecological objectives of land policy. Scientific novelty: an interpretation of theoretical-methodological content of institutional basis of land resources management is offered; the theoretical-methodological and scientific-applied basis of transparency of state land management as a component of administrative and public communication of authorities and society are substantiated, and also the principles of such communication are offered; a methodical approach to an complex valuation of the institutional support of territorial-industrial management of land resources by determining an integral index of the effectiveness of the economic activity main types on the lands categories according to their main target purpose.
