Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of a methodological basis, methodological support and applied tools for digital administration of operational activities, the development and transformation of management systems for construction enterprises. The results of the dissertation work together provide a modern methodological system for managing the transformation processes of construction enterprises in the context of the digitalization of the economy. The methodology is implemented in the scientific and applied decision-making toolkit for the content, means, diagnostic indicators and the expected result of the transformation of the operating system and the organizational structure of the management of a construction company that carries out and corrects its activities in a complex-structured multi-project operational field. The conceptual foundations of updating business processes, management systems for a construction company on the basis of digitalization (digital administration) are substantiated, positioned as a means of achieving competitive advantages by an enterprise in the multi-project field of construction development. The methodology of digital administration of the activities of enterprises of construction stakeholders introduced in the work combines the modern foundations of strategic and operational management of enterprises with «cloud» and «BIM –technologies», applied implementations of functional economic diagnostics, value oriented management, object-functional and process-structural reengineering, with the aim of their integrated use for the implementation of qualitative transformations of the management systems of the enterprise and the microenvironment of development projects.
