Essay

The dissertation substantiates and develops the concept of future border guard officers training for professional interaction. The content of professional interaction of future border guard officers as a purposeful, conditioned by the objective of professional activity process of direct or indirect influence of its participants upon each other, aimed at the implementation of operational and service tasks has been substantiated on grounds of the analysis of pedagogical works. The essence of the ability to professional interaction has been revealed and its structural components have been determined: motivational-value, activity, cognitive, reflexive. The concept of future border guard officers training for professional interaction includes the following components: general provisions (concept goals, legal and regulatory framework and other elements); conceptual framework and their interconnection; theoretical and methodological foundation (scientific theoretical and methodological approaches, technologies, methods and techniques); theoretical basis (consistent patterns and principles of functioning and development of objects, phenomena, processes of border guard cadets training for professional interaction, revealed with the use of modern methodological approaches); content-related and subject matter (author’s vision upon the use of theoretical provisions on future border guard officers training for professional interaction and the technology of such training); a number of pedagogical conditions for the formation of future border guard officers ability for professional interaction (designed system of techniques and measures for productive formation, effective functioning and development of the cadets’ training system for professional interaction); verification (practical proof of the effectiveness of the proposed concept). Based on the training concept, the system of future border guard officers training for professional interaction has been substantiated, which is considered as a subsystem of the system of higher military education of Ukraine and the system of professional training of future officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. It is a sequential, dynamic and holistic set of structural and functional elements (forms, conditions, approaches, techniques, means and methods), each of which focuses upon future border guard officers training for professional interaction. The system is worthwhile to be presented in the form of a model consisting of three blocks: goal-oriented (the purpose of the system, theoretical and methodological foundations, consistent patterns, trends of future border guard officers professional training), technological (adjusted content of academic disciplines, forms and means, methodological and scientific activities for cadets and scientific and pedagogical staff, combination of traditional and innovative technologies of training, realization of pedagogical conditions), and also resultative and diagnostic block. The components of the pedagogical system are presented by criteria, indicators, levels of formation of future border guard officers ability to professional interaction, the author’s diagnostic system. The technology and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of future border guard officers training system for professional interaction have been developed. A research-experimental validation of the effectiveness of the developed technology and pedagogical conditions of future border guard officers training for professional interaction has been carried out, its results have been analysed, and the prospects for further research have been revealed. The results of experimental validation of pedagogical conditions and technology of implementation of future border guard officers training system for professional interaction have proved their effectiveness, confirmed the correctness of the hypothesis. The generalization of the results of diagnostic snapshots, their quantitative and qualitative analysis indicate that the introduction of the system of future border guard officers training for professional interaction, its scientific and methodological support has led to significant statistically important changes in the level of formation of each component of cadets’ abilities of the experimental groups to professional interaction and the studied phenomenon in general. According to the results of the research, the perspective directions and tasks for solving the scientific problem of improving future border guard officers professional training for professional interaction have been identified. Practically oriented methodical recommendations to scientific and pedagogical staff on future border guard officers training for professional interaction have been formulated; methodical materials on introduction of interactive, game, information-communication teaching technologies in the educational process have been created and tested.
