Zaichenko V. Priorities and tools for ensuring the technological competitiveness of Ukraine’s economy

Object: processes of ensuring technological competitiveness of the economy. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological principles and applied recommendations for determining priorities and substantiation of tools to ensure technological competitiveness of Ukraine's economy. Methods: logical generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis and calculation, economic and mathematical forecasting, theoretical generalization, strategic management, systems approach. Proposed: developed theoretical and methodological provisions of the system characteristics of technological competitiveness of the national economy; a conceptual approach to the identification and approval of the strategic and systemic basis of the functional and sectoral specialization of the policy of ensuring the technological competitiveness of the national economy; the components, functions, sequence of formation, composition of institutions, their tasks and aspects of motivation of rational behavior of the collective-contractual organizational-institutional system of ensuring technological competitiveness of the economy are substantiated and determined.
