Dehtyaryova S. State Regulation in the Agro-Industrial Sector: Problems of Theory and Practice

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the features of state regulation in the agro-industrial sector, establishing the place of administrative and legal norms in its structure, as well as developing conceptual principles for improving the relevant administrative and legal regulation. The state of research of the problem of administrative and legal regulation of the agro-industrial sector has been generalized. The essence and content of state regulation in the agro-industrial sector have been determined. The genesis of the development of state regulation in the agro-industrial sector has been researched. The agro-industrial complex of Ukraine has been studied as a subject of administrative and legal regulation. The role of the state in reforming the agro-industrial complex has been characterized.
