Shushkova Y. Technological modernization as a basis of the national economy reindustrialization

Object: the processes of technological modernization and reindustrialization of the economy. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of state policy to ensure technological modernization as a basis for reindustrialization of the national economy. Methods: Methods: system approach; structural-logical and semantic analysis; quantitative and qualitative comparison; statistical analysis, graphical methods and the method of integrated evaluation; analog method; system-structural analysis. It is offered: methodological and applied principles of formation of the state policy of technological modernization in the system of reindustrialization of the national economy are developed; methodological bases of interrelations and convergence of technological modernization and reindustrialization of economy are substantiated; the conceptual approach to identification and the statement of a strategic basis of formation and directions of realization of the state policy of reindustrialization of economy on the basis of technological modernization is developed.
