Radkevych O. Theoretical and methodical principles of developing legal culture in teaching staff from professional education schools

The thesis theoretically generalizes and offers solutions to the scientific issue of developing legal culture in teaching staff from professional education schools. The new findings have been made possible only by justifying theoretical and methodical principles and experimentally verifying the effectiveness of the system and author’s methodical support for developing legal culture in teaching staff from professional education schools. The essence and structure of the phenomenon are determined, the concept, methodological approaches, pedagogical system of purposeful development of legal culture of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions are substantiated. The pedagogical conditions for the development of the legal culture of pedagogical workers are determined and substantiated, a model of the system is designed, which illustrates the process of gradual development of the legal culture of pedagogical workers. The thesis experimentally verifies the effectiveness of the proposed system and methodical support for developing legal culture in teaching staff from professional education schools.
