The thesis is focused on theoretical and methodological bases, methodical developments and practical recommendations on safety management of industrial enterprises development as complex polystructural systems. Historical and gnoseological aspects have been considered and the theoretical and methodical basis of safety management of enterprise development has been suggested; scientific views of scientists on the evolutionary transformations of safety models and the development of enterprises as socio-economic systems have been summarized and systematized.
The transdisciplinary paradigm has been developed within the framework of innovative transformations of the economic environment, which is based on a comprehensive substantiation of the expediency of combining the integration of sciences from different areas of knowledge and their differentiation for the study of management of the development safety; the methodology for studying the safety of enterprise development as an objective necessity of scientific knowledge of the economic nature of the enterprise, based on philosophical, general scientific principles, methods and techniques in two dimensions: ontological and gnoseological, which is an objective need to study the safety of enterprise development as an economic system, has been suggested; models, methods have been systematized and a balanced system of indicators for assessing the level of safety development in qualitative and quantitative terms has been substantiated.
Trends in the development of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine according to their safety have been identified; a methodical approach to a comprehensive assessment of the level of safety of metallurgical enterprises, which is based on the technology of transformation of statics into dynamic indicators of the enterprise, to achieve a balance of static and dynamic factors for retrospective assessment and to determine the expected optimal level of safety based on balanced scorecard assessments of their level depending on the stage of the life cycle of the enterprise. The methodical approach to the formation of parametric constraints on the level of safety of development and stage of the life cycle of the metallurgical enterprise that is based on a comprehensive assessment of bankruptcy threats to avoid negative consequences and implementation of preventive measures in cyclical socio-economic processes and phenomena and combines the definition of enterprise life cycle with parallel detection of the degree of crisis phenomena in the process of its functioning, has been suggested.
