Sapych V. Development of ownership of land in the agrarian sector of the economy.

Methodological principles of research and economic content of land ownership relations are revealed. The essence of the concepts "development of land ownership relations in the agricultural sector of the economy" and "potential of land ownership relations" is determined. Regularities of transformation of land ownership relations in the process of their evolution are established. The economic meaning of this transformation is as follows: In the pre-industrial era, agricultural activity and the social status of the subjects of land relations were characterized by property relations with the right of all powers - possession, use and disposal. The introduction of machine production and information technology gave a decisive character to land use relations, which ensured a high level of development of the agricultural sector of the economy under the conditions of introduction of regulatory norms and sufficient support from the state.
