The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of labor rights of agricultural workers in Ukraine. The paper clarifies the specifics of labor rights of agricultural workers and describes the classification of such rights of this category of workers. The significance, role and features of each of the labor rights of agricultural workers are revealed. The essence of the mechanism of realization and maintenance of labor rights of agricultural workers in Ukraine is analyzed. The concept and essence of these legal phenomena are defined, their features are characterized and the analysis of elements of each of types of mechanisms is carried out. A description of the content of each of them is given. The importance of protection of labor rights of agricultural workers in Ukraine as a legal category is clarified. The types of elements of the mechanism of protection of labor rights of agricultural workers are revealed. The conceptual directions of borrowing positive foreign experience of labor rights of agricultural workers are determined and the ways of their implementation into the national labor legislation are formulated. The list of tendencies of further development of labor rights of agricultural workers is given. Theoretical and practical problems of labor rights of agricultural workers are derived and proposals for their solution are developed.
