The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal mechanism for combating organized crime in Ukraine. The system-structural analysis of the genesis of organized crime and counteraction to it in Ukraine is revealed. The state and ways of improvement of normative-legal maintenance of counteraction to organized crime in Ukraine are considered. Ways to improve the legal and organizational support of international cooperation in combating organized crime have been identified. Ways to improve the functional and organizational structure of the subjects of combating organized crime in Ukraine are proposed and conceptual approaches to improving the administrative and legal mechanism for combating organized crime in Ukraine are formulated.
