Zhytar M. Financial architecture of the economy of Ukraine: theoretical and methodological dominants of formation and development

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific problem – substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of financial architecture of national economy and scientific and practical recommendations on maintenance of its effective development in the conditions of global financial transformations. The essence of the financial architecture of the economy is its interpretation as an institutional matrix of the national financial system with a clearly constructed structure of ordered components; a set of institutions, norms, rules, laws, agreements, etc. The necessity of constructing a three-level configuration of the financial architecture of the economy taking into account the formalized set of its structural components with the characteristics of the relationships between them is substantiated. The author's approach to the formation of the financial architecture of the economy is presented. The methodological principles of formation and development of the financial architecture of the national economy are determined, which are realized through the principles and the corresponding dominants. A methodological approach is proposed, which provides for the calculation of the financial development index based on statistical indicators of the financial sector, financial institutions, financial markets and the stability of the financial architecture. The concept of regulating the development of the financial architecture of the economy of Ukraine is substantiated and developed.
