Krahmalyov P. Combined and complex treatment of patients with cancer of the upper esophagus

The dissertation is devoted to the topical problem of modern oncology, increasing the effectiveness of treatment of patients with cancer of the upper esophagus by improving current and developing new methods and techniques of combined and complex treatment, modification of surgical interventions, personalization of treatment. It is proved that the clinical stage of the disease has prognostic values ( = -0,20) as well as the depth of tumor invasion, which is most significant in patients with cancer of the upper ( = -0,12) and middle ( = -0,14) parts of the esophagus. It also revealed a significant impact on the prognosis of regional ( = -0,15) and distant metastases ( = -0,13), the nature of treatment ( = 0,17).
