Essay

In the thesis, the general boundary-integral models for the description of three-dimensional wave fields in the elastic piecewise-homogeneous solids (bimaterials and multilayered composites, in particular two-periodic and mirror-symmetric structures and with liquid components) with arbitrarily located sub-interface cracks under time-harmonic and non-stationary spatial loading are developed. Situations with both ideal and non-ideal dynamic contact on plane-parallel interfaces of composites caused by the sliding and the presence of a thin intermediate layer or coating are involved into analysis.
