Object – the process of strategic management of inclusive development of enterprises innovative activities; purpose – the study is to develop a theoretical basis, methodological approaches and scientific and methodological provisions and recommendations for strategic management of inclusive development of innovative activities of enterprises; methods – structural-logical analysis, historical-logical analysis, systematization, generalization and specification, dialectical, theoretical modeling, observation, comparison and analogies, tabular and graphical, analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical and correlation-regression analysis, cluster analysis, UEIA method, questionnaires and expert assessments, taxonomic, comprehensive integrated assessment, direct standardization and scaling, control charts; novelty - is the development and scientific substantiation of the theoretical basis, methodological approaches, guidelines and recommendations for strategic management of inclusive development of innovative activities of enterprises; results – is to develop scientifically sound methodological and completed recommendations for the introduction of strategic management of innovation activities of enterprises on the basis of its inclusive development, implemented at Auchan Ukraine Hypermarket LLC (reference № 01-10 / 09 dated 10.09.2018); LLC "Galievsky butter factory" (reference № 27 from 24.01.2018); LLC "TEK" Agent "(reference № 18 from 16.01.2019); implemented by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy (reference № 04-32 / 8-2020 / 115670 dated 22.07.2020); Department of Strategic Planning and Macroeconomic Forecasting of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine (reference № 3014-06 / 33113-07 dated 26.05.2020). The results of the dissertation are used in the educational process of Odessa National Polytechnic University in educational and methodical materials on disciplines "Anti-crisis business management", "Innovative business management", "Innovative business", diploma design of masters and bachelors (reference -06 from 2448/05 21.12.2019) and Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade.
