Bondarenko I. Codification of financial legislation under legal harmonization in Ukraine

This thesis introduces the systematic analysis of scientific and practical problems of the codification of financial legislation of Ukraine in modern times. This study presents the analysis of the condition and composition of financial legislation system as well as ways of its improvement. This system is addressed as the sum total of legislative acts with detailed peculiarities of its systematization process conditioned by the nature of legal and financial regulation. The forms of systematization and objective reasons for the implementation of this process were identified. This dissertation focuses on the analysis of both the process of codification and the content of codified acts aimed at regulation of public financial relations. The characteristics of codification genesis are essential for identifying the character of codification in this sector. For this purpose codification processes in the countries of the ancient world, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and the Enlightenment and in the XIX and XX centuries were analyzed.
