Maslova A. Bodies implementing the state customs policy as a component of the system of public administration: a human-centric concept of transformation

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem – the definition based on the analysis of doctrinal and normative sources of axiological aspects of reforming the bodies implementing state customs policy as part of the system of public administration. The methodology of research of bodies implementing state customs policy is established, in particular it is substantiated that objectification of existence of bodies of customs policy occurs by means of methods of general theoretical, general scientific and special legal content in various combinations within key methodological approaches for our work (system, synergetic, anthropological, hermeneutic). The preconditions of origin, content and normative basis of the concept of anthropocentrism in administrative law are outlined.
