Object: the process of professional training of future managers in the educational environment of the university. The purpose of the study is to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical system of forming a culture of professional activity of future managers in the educational environment of the university. The analysis of the current state of professional training of future managers in the educational environment of the university is carried out in the work. The peculiarities of such training are revealed and the main drawbacks are identified, among which: the absence of the requirements in normative documents taking into account the formation of culture of professional activity in future managers; lack of topics in professional disciplines related to the formation of a culture of professional activity of future managers; low level of application of innovative educational technologies in professional training of future managers; the activity of higher education institutions on the formation of the culture of professional activity of future managers is not systematic, it is carried out spontaneously and fragmentary. It is concluded that a high level of professional culture of future managers in the educational environment of the university can not be provided within the existing professional training.
