Object of research: modern management system for the development of agricultural enterprises. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of management system of development of agricultural enterprises. Methods: inductive and deductive, analysis and synthesis, situational and system analysis, graphical, statistical, comparison, logical. Novelty: for the first time an instrumental mechanism of an integrated enterprise management system (based on: block diagrams, Isikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, histograms, checklists, control maps, etc.) in the structure of environmental management in agricultural management was developed, a theoretical concept of automated systems development management within vertically integrated agricultural structures was developed, vertically integrated innovative management model in a closed-cycle business was implemented, a mechanism for implementing acquiring as an innovative tool to improve the management of agricultural enterprises was formed; the interconnection of elements in the management structure of agricultural enterprises, the system of cluster organization, the structural model of benchmarking of clusters, the mechanism of environmental management system in the agricultural enterprise, the optimization approach to corporate social responsibility in the management structure of the enterprise were improved.
