Essay

The dissertation research is devoted to increase efficiency of percutaneous X-ray endovascular procedures at the expense of decrease percent of hospital and delayed complications in patients with coronary heart disease, on the basis of pathogenetically and analytically substantiated system of preventive and medical actions.. It was found that when performing PCI in patients with coronary heart disease, the highest percentage of complications was observed in patients with acute myocardial infarction type 1 (9.6% of cases with PCI with thromboextraction and subsequent stenting of coronary arteries and 20.1% - with endovascular stent implantation), with chronic coronary occlusion (13.97% of cases), with LV ejection fraction <40% (29.2% of cases), with small diameter of coronary arteries (13.02% of cases). Developed a set of treatment and prevention measures for the prevention and treatment of complications arising from percutaneous X-ray endovascular interventions in patients with coronary heart disease, has reduced the incidence of complications from 10.3% to 5.8%.
