Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodical foundations of professional training of future managers, which is specified in scientifically grounded, developed and experimentally tested complementary-integrative pedagogical technology of formation their readiness for creation the health-oriented environment of the organization. Based on the analytical review of the scientific literature, philosophical and social tendencies of professional training of future managers are founded. The neediness of preparation of managers who will be able to implement the health-preserving measures in the organization has been confirmed. The specifics of the professional activity of future managers are clarified and the conceptual apparatus of the research is specified. The elements of the structure of readiness of future managers for creation the health-oriented environment of the organization are theoretically substantiated and the criterion apparatus of the research (components, indicators, levels) is determined. The analysis of the results obtained during the qualifying stage of the pedagogical experiment is presented, which on the one hand confirms the social conditionality and the neediness of formation the readiness of future managers for creation the health-oriented environment of the organization, and on the other – indicates the need to improve their training. The increasing of employers’ (top-management) interest in managers capable to introduce the health-preserving measures in working conditions (from 34,6% to 60,2% during the year) was revealed. The analysis of the results of formative stage of the pedagogical experiment is presented that testifies to more significant positive changes in the absolute average values of qualitative changes (growth of results) after the experiment in the experimental groups of students in comparing with control groups of students. The concept of complementary-integrative essence of the content of pedagogical technology of formation future managers’ readiness for creation the health-oriented environment of the organization is declared and from the standpoint of philosophical positions, theoretical and methodological principles for the implementation of this concept are presented. Created an algorithm for constructing the complementary-integrative interconnections in the content of professional education of future managers to enhance the training of health-oriented management. The structure of readiness of future managers for creation the health-oriented environment of the organization is revealed. Organizational and pedagogical conditions (an active innovative forms, methods and means of studying) and stages, which declaring the formation the readiness of future managers for creation the health-oriented environment of the organization as a process of bio-, psycho-, socio-, spiritual unity are singled out.
