The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal mechanism of protecting critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Specific features of protecting critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine as an object of administrative and legal regulation have been characterized. The author has determined the purpose, tasks and principles of protecting critical infrastructure facilities; has established the essence of administrative and legal mechanism of such protection. The legal provision for the functioning of the mechanism of protecting critical infrastructure facilities has been analyzed and the place of administrative legislation there has been clarified.
