Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the prediction of left ventricular myocardial remodeling in children with bicuspid aortic valve. The influence of polymorphism and expression оf NFATC1 gene, the prognostic value of proteins of the calcineurin signaling pathway (calcineurin, protein S100) on the formation of myocardial hypertrophy, was established. The value of immunological parameters (CD25⁺, CD95⁺) in the pathogenesis of pathological changes in the aortic valve was determined. Decreased tolerance to exercises was found. On the basis of the obtained data the concept of remodeling of the left ventricular myocardium in this category of children was proposed.
