The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal principles of implementing the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country. The economic security of the country as an object of administrative and legal regulation has been characterized. The content, principles and functions of the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country have been determined. The legal principles of implementing this policy have been analyzed and the place of administrative legislation provisions has been revealed among them. The system of subjects of implementing the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country has been established. Specific features of the activity of general and special subjects have been determined. The author has characterized local self-government agencies as subjects that implement the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country. The role and place of civil society institutions within the mechanism of implementing the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country have been clarified. The essence and types of the forms and methods of implementing the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country have been studied. Specific features of the guarantees of the rights of participants of administrative and legal relations in the sphere of implementing the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country have been revealed. The author has formulated propositions for the formation of the system of criteria for assessing the efficiency of the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security of the country. The author has defined the ways of improving the formation and realization of the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security; has generalized international experience of such regulation; and has worked out the possibilities of its application in Ukraine.
