Tsyplitska O. Institutional mechanisms of modernization of the industrial sector of the national economy

Development of the industrial sector in order to prevent deindustrialization trends and to ensure economic growth. Substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation and development of advanced institutional mechanisms of the industrial sector modernization of the national economy to accelerate economic growth. Comparison, generalization, epistemological, critical and dialectical, system-process, logical-historical, systemic and structural-functional analysis, correlation-regression analysis, statistical, synergetic. Theoretical and methodological bases of design of institutional mechanisms of industrial modernization and evaluation of their effectiveness are substantiated; recommendations regarding the provision of effective state support for modernization of the industrial sector at the national and subnational levels in conditions of institutional constraints are developed. A new solution of an important scientific and applied problem has been found which consists in substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations for formation of advanced institutional mechanisms of the industrial sector modernization in national economy to accelerate economic growth rates. 10 references were received from the state authorities of Ukraine and other institutions: Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, Kyiv Regional State Administration, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, etc. Management of industrial development at the national and subnational levels.
