The dissertation substantiates the theoretical and methodological, methodological and applied principles, as well as developed practical recommendations for solving an important scientific problem of managing the development of human resources of agricultural enterprises in the context of digitalization. The economic essence of modern agricultural enterprises is identified and the peculiarities of their development are determined. The methodological bases of research of management of the agrarian enterprise in the conditions of digital-technologies are substantiated. The strategic guidelines for the development of an agricultural enterprise and the tasks of personnel management with the use of digital technologies are outlined. The peculiarities of the personnel management system of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of digital technologies are determined. The world experience of personnel management of agricultural enterprises with the use of advanced information technologies has been studied. Institutional approaches to solving the problems of personnel development of an agricultural enterprise are substantiated.
