Riazanova N. Strategic guidelines for the development of alternative energy in the national economy of Ukraine

The thesis substantiates the theoretical, methodological, methodical and applied foundations for determining the strategic guidelines for the development of alternative energy in the national economy of Ukraine. Generalized and concretized characterological features of alternative energy as a sub-sector of the fuel and energy complex. The substantively distinctive ideologemes of strategic management of the development of alternative energy have been determined. It is substantiated that as descriptors that allow to fully and exhaustively determine the semantic content of the future strategy for the development of alternative energy, its strategic guidelines act as a complex of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the state of alternative energy. The principles and functions of the mechanism of strategic management of the development of alternative energy are presented. Defined as tools for strategic management of the development of alternative energy - environmental monitoring and energy audit. The directions of the logistics management of the strategic management of the development of alternative energy are formulated. The methodology for researching alternative energy is generalized and methodological foundations for determining the strategic guidelines for the development of alternative energy in the national economy of Ukraine are proposed. The current state and potential of alternative energy in Ukraine and its individual components are revealed. The assessment of the level of development of alternative energy sources in the regions of Ukraine has been carried out, the specificity of which is the clustering of regions of Ukraine according to the annual technically achievable potential of the energy of the sun and air masses to determine the feasibility of forming clusters in the regions according to certain types of alternative energy sources. The prospects for the development of alternative energy in Ukraine have been determined. The directions of improving the energy policy of Ukraine are substantiated, which forms the basis for a set of strategic guidelines in key areas of development of alternative energy. The organizational mechanism for strategic management of the development of alternative energy in Ukraine has been improved, presented as organizational ways of developing public-private partnership as a tool for strategic management of the development of alternative energy. Provision of the development of alternative energy based on logistics management has been investigated. The concept of strategic development of alternative energy in Ukraine was developed, which is based on the theoretical and practical implementation of the provisions of sustainable development in the energy industry. The institutional support of alternative energy in Ukraine has been improved, which provides for active assistance by institutions of the process of transition of the energy industry to the active use of alternative energy. A system of energy and logistics clusters has been formed as an element of strategic management of the development of alternative energy.
