Object: processes of heritage resources management in the system of National Economy. Purpose: theoretical and methodological generalization and development of proposals for improving the management of heritage resources in the national economy and substantiation of effective mechanisms for their sustainable commercialization. Methods: dialectics; comparisons, analogies, generalizations; system analysis; methods of fuzzy logic, multifactor regression analysis, multidimensional (cluster) analysis, enveloping data, evaluation of Friedman's efficiency index, nonlinear programming tools; historical and logical; method of theoretical generalization. It is offered: new epistemological approaches to the processes of heritage resources management in the national economy are conceptualized, the author's system-dynamic model of heritage resources commercialization is developed, a comprehensive methodological approach to assessing the investment attractiveness and priority of heritage management projects is developed.
