Object: the process of forming a system of economic security of the national economy in terms of sustainable development. Purpose substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases, development of software and institutional support of economic security of Ukraine in connection with social and humanitarian imperatives. Methods: systems theory; theories of institutionalism, neo-institutionalism, globalism, methods of induction, deduction, comparison and systematization; theories of formation of common values, transaction costs, social choice; theories of property rights, globalization, the method of fuzzy logic; theories of localism, regionalism; multidimensional statistical analysis; regression analysis; least squares method; sociological research; soft systems theory; theory of human capital, the creative class. It is offeredthe object-subject status of a person in the system of economic security is substantiated, the strategic goals of ensuring the economic security of the national economy are determined; a methodological approach to estimating the entropy level of the socio-economic system is proposed; substantiated theoretical and methodological model of the national economy based on the provisions of game theories and soft modeling.
