The dissertation is devoted to the development of financial security instruments at the macro level, which is based on management decisions, depending on the assessment of financial security level by the participants of the financial system and formation of theoretical and methodological bases for managing the financial component of economic security of the national economy and providing practical recommendations for ensuring the effectiveness of implementation. of this process. The paper proposes the conceptual principles of ensuring the financial security of Ukraine in the conditions of manifestation of the three-vector existence of threats to its state, which were not previously combined and were not characteristic in the complex for the development of the domestic financial system, namely: threats to Industry 4.0, challenges of financial globalization, imbalance of interests of financial stakeholders. processes (subjects of national and private financial interests) in the conditions of necessity to follow the tendencies of sustainable development. The author establishes a dual cause and effect relationship between the financial security of financial system participants (individuals, business entities, financial institutions, etc.) and the level of security of elements of the financial security system of the state, on the basis of which innovative approaches to assessing the level of national financial security.
