Essay

The dissertation to the solution of the actual problem of improvement technical and operational indicators of work of specialized wide-track means of mechanization agricultural production by development and introduction of fundamental theoretical bases of their functioning and use in controlled traffic farming is devoted. The paper is developed methods for calculating the loss of field area under the engineering zone and assessing the energy and traction properties of specialized wide-track means of mechanization agricultural production under the conditions of their operation and use on the principles of controlled traffic farming. The analytical equations of their movement at realization of essentially new scheme of realization of turn on a turning lane which allow to estimate their static and dynamic turnability are made. Developed mathematical models of their plane-parallel motion on the kinematic and force principle of rotation, which allow to assess their controllability and stability of movement in the horizontal plane, as well as justify the requirements for technological tolerance when justifying the width of the constant technological track. New mathematical models of their functioning in the longitudinal-vertical plane have been developed, the application of which allows to increase the smoothness of motion taking into account the kinematic and force interrelations of their energy and technological parts. Improved analytical dependences on the choice of parameters of the hinged mechanism and couplings of the machines/tools which are aggregated with it. Scientific bases of automatic driving of specialized wide-track means of mechanization of agricultural production on traces of a constant technological track at realization by it of onboard (power) turn and estimation of their technological properties and economic efficiency from introduction in controlled traffic farming are developed.
