The dissertation is a complex study of administrative and legal regulation of the state critical infrastructure protection system of Ukraine, which combines theoretical and legal aspects of the problem with a projection on the practical application of this area of activity. The analytical and bibliographic review of the scientific works devoted to questions of administrative and legal regulation of the state critical infrastructure protection system of Ukraine is carried out, the degree of elaboration of a problem is defined. The legal potential of the concepts “critical infrastructure”, “protection of critical infrastructure” is clarified.
