Zubko H. Administrative and legal basis of state infrastructure policy of Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal foundations of the state infrastructure policy of Ukraine, which combines the theoretical and legal aspects of the problem with a projection for practical application in this area. The concepts and features of the state infrastructure policy are defined. The analytical and bibliographic review of the scientific works devoted to questions of administrative and legal bases of the state infrastructural policy of Ukraine is carried out, the degree of scientific development of a theme is defined. It is established that the state infrastructure policy should be interpreted in conceptual and operational aspects; it as a process is characterized by stages: from the plan, the course of action to a clear and normative fixed algorithm of implementation; it is a policy that concentrates socially significant values, interests and needs and is multi-subject.
