The dissertation is a modern complex research and continuation of scientific development of questions of administrative and legal maintenance of functioning of bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine in the conditions of reforming. Scientific novelty is due to the formation, proof and acquisition of new knowledge on the subject of work, the subject of which is a relevant and important area of scientific knowledge. In the dissertation a number of new, substantiated existing important provisions for the theory of administrative law and practice of public administration in the bodies of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine are formed and substantiated.
