Thesis considers the place, purpose, principles of organization of activity, administrative and legal status of central executive bodies, as well as administrative and legal aspects of their interaction with civil society institutions. It is established that the central body of executive power in the structure of public power should be considered an element of the state apparatus, established in the manner prescribed by law or other legal act, individual or collegial structurally separate, internally organized team of public servants endowed with legally defined public authority.
