Kobrusieva Y. Administrative and legal support of the right to peaceful assembly: theoretical, practical and comparative legal aspects

Thesis presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem – determination based on the analysis of doctrinal and normative sources of theoretical, practical and comparative legal aspects of administrative and legal support of the right to peaceful assembly in Ukraine. The general characteristic on the basis of research of the legislation, the theory and practice of law enforcement in the field of regulation of the right to peaceful assembly of structure of the administrative-legal mechanism of maintenance of the right to peaceful assembly in Ukraine is carried out; the subjective composition of the studied legal relations is determined; the directions of improvement of legal provision of the state and public control of administrative and legal maintenance of the right to peaceful assembly are generalized.
