Korotkova L. Theoretical and methodical bases of professional training of future specialists in the field o f services in the conditions of educational and production cluster of the region

The dissertation deals with the theoretical and methodological bases of formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of services in the conditions of educational and production cluster of the region. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time the author's concept of professional training of future specialists in the field of ser vices in the educational and industrial cluster of the region is theor etically substantiated, based on the unity of content, procedural and effective aspects implementation public-private partnership in the system of vocational (vocational-technical) education; use of innovative tools for effective interaction of its participants (scientific institutions, service enterprises, educational institutions, public organizations) on the principles of integration, corporatism, self-development, social adaptation. The practical significance of the obtained research results is the development and implementation of docu ments for planning the educational process, methodological and accounting documentation. The proposed theoretical and methodological developments can be adapted for use in the system of postgraduate education and for self-education of future professionals in the field of services.
