Essay

The dissertation solved the scientific problem of developing the methods and mathematic models of combined methods for removing large-sized debris from low Earth orbits, built using an active means of removal – a jet propulsion system and a passive means – an aerodynamic sailing device. It allows to reduce in comparison with the existing methods of removal the guarantee stock of fuel and also dimensional and mass characteristics of object of removal.
