The dissertation is devoted to the research of management of market development of services on the basis of marketing in the conditions of digital transformation of economy. Methodological provisions are developed and applied aspects of management of market development of services on the basis of marketing in the conditions of digital transformation of economy are substantiated. The epistemological and ontological essence of the development of economic systems is determined. The evolution of the theory and practice of management and the evolutionary development of the marketing concept as a scientific theory and practice of entrepreneurial activity are studied. Scientific and methodological approaches to management on the basis of marketing and services as a subject of socio-economic relations are characterized. The place of the sphere of services in the economic system is determined. The institutional characteristics of the services market as a marketing system are established, the interrelationships between the fourth industrial revolution, digital economy and neuroeconomics in the process of digital transformation of society are defined and modeled. The peculiarities of the development of the service sector in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy are studied. The model of cluster management for effective development of the market of services in the conditions of digital transformation of economy is offered. Preconditions, factors and tendencies of development of the market of services in the national economy are defined. The environment of the services market in the conditions of digital transformation of economy is analyzed. Modeling of economic processes in the services market as a necessary condition for effective management of its development is carried out. The strategic aspects of ensuring the security of the services market in the conditions of digital transformation are investigated. Conceptual bases of management of development of the market of services in the conditions of digital transformation of economy are defined and cluster strategies and the mechanism of their realization for the market of services in the conditions of digital transformation of economy are developed.
