Essay

The actual scientific and technical problem of creating a highly productive technology for the directed growth of diamond single crystals in solution-melt systems based on Fe-Co doped with Ti, Zr and Mg was solved, which makes it possible to obtain type Ib and IIa diamond single crystals 5-15 carats in size with a controlled defect impurity composition and growth rates. Such diamond single crystals are of significant scientific and practical interest due to the need for their use in semiconductor, laser, space, manufacturing and other industries
