The purpose of the work is solution the problem of dynamic thermal characteristics influence and constructive decisions of enclosing constructions on the premises thermal regime. The object of research is the control of the premises thermal regime. The subject of the research is the influence of dynamic thermal characteristics and constructive decisions of enclosing constructions on the premises thermal regime. Research methods: standard methods of building physics, finite element method for solving problems of building physics, method of thermal imaging quality control of enclosing structures of buildings, methods of experimental studies of the enclosing structures temperature regime. The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of correct assessment of the impact of dynamic thermal characteristics and construction solutions of a building envelope on thermal behavior of buildings. The research develops energy-saving constructive solutions of external envelope based on theoretical and full-scale investigations of their functional performance characteristics.
