Essay

The dissertation thesis is devoted to quality assurance of mechanized agrotechnical technologies through meeting the crops need via maximum performance of the machine units at all the main stages of the crop’s growth and development. The functioning system of technological processes of crops cultivation has been described, while considering energy accumulation depending on a degree of maintenance of technological processes. The connection between the needs of plants and the machines capabilities to provide them with the relevant mechanization means within a controlled system of mechanized processes quality assessment has been designed. The system of a controlled technological process has been developed, including structured information about modern varieties and hybrids of agriculture, agroclimatic conditions of their cultivation and mechanical means that are used to ensure the implementation of a mechanized technological process and that are included into this system (an agricultural matrix, a field matrix of a relevant farm and the state of the environment, a matrix of technological operations, an Agro Machine matrix, a matrix of energy resources, a systems matrix of control and calculation of quality assessments of machine units functioning), the methods of mathematical logic have been applied. The estimation system of a work quality of machine units on each mechanized operation according to agrotechnical requirements has been presented. There has also been developed a ratio for the scale harmonization of the soil assessment in terms of the resistivity and its hardness. Eventually, there have been clarified the roll-over resistance coefficients, and the coefficients of adhesion and skidding, depending on the hardness of the soil, in a layer of 0–10 cm for modern machines, taking into account changes in soil and climatic conditions. The modern structure of daytime balance for work of machine units has been developed. Structural and logical schemes of assembling the modern machine units for their technical and operational parameters justification have been offered. The methodology and the mathematical model have been designed for the sake of economic evaluation of mechanized agrotechnologies taking into account the quality coefficients of agrotechnological machines complexes.
