Palyukh A. Constitutional and legal principles of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports

The thesis under discussion is the first national paper in constitutional law where the constitutional-law principles of the state policy in the sphere of physical culture and sports have been substantiated on theoretical level. The theoretical-historical and methodological principles of the investigation of physical culture and sports sphere have been covered in the paper on the basis of studying the doctrinal and legislative national and foreign sources. It is stressed that the supporting of physical culture and sports sphere in Ukraine has been one of the most important directions of state policy of Ukraine and aims at creating the favorable conditions for all participants of physical cultural-sport relationships taking part in the programs of professional and other kinds of sport development, ensuring the healthy lifestyle of nation, combining the centralization and decentralization (territorial administration) of the sphere under study management system and improving its legislative basis as well.
