The dissertation considers theoretical-methodological and applied aspects of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of market transformations. The research methodology is formed. The model of influence of external and internal factors on the results of investment activity of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. The tendencies of development of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of market transformations are defined, the estimation of efficiency of activity of these enterprises is carried out, their influence on activity of territorial communities is investigated. The system of investment support of agricultural enterprises has been improved and measures have been developed to improve their logistics. The forecast of the basic indicators in activity of the agricultural enterprises is made, the investment mechanism in the conditions of market transformations is offered, the measures for the stimulation of the development of agricultural sector are developed.
