Essay

The dissertation deals with a comprehensive scientific analysis of legal aspects of administrative and legal protection of investments in Ukraine. It has been established that the analysis of investment definitions presented in the domestic regulatory framework reveals another important problem of Ukrainian investment legislation, namely, the multiplicity of different legally fixed definitions of investment. This fact indicates the low level of legislative technique of law developers, and, as a result, the difficulty of regulating investments by Executive authorities and the need to unify such definitions.
